Need advice for fluctuating heart rate and blood pressure

Does anyone have suggestions for a POTsie who has drastically fluctuating heart rate and blood pressure? IE high blood pressure low heart rate, low BP high heart rate, low BP low heart rate, and high blood pressure high heart rate??šŸ˜…

      I am not, my old cardiologist tried one prescription and it only worsened my condition, I believe it was a beta blocker? Since I developed a vitamin d deficiency from it as well, still struggling with that, I just stopped taking it and he said we'll just try "natural" aka no meds again. I've been battling this for five years now. I have also developed a sinus arrhythmia and prolonged qt intervals and even had my left ventricle pinching when I carried my miracle baby and have had worsened palpitations over the past few years.
