Struggling with Thoughts of Self-Harm

I have those types of thoughts too. Suicidal thoughts are not fun to go through.

sad part of depression is that the thought will always be in the back of your head, ask for reassurance and if they don't understand try to explain it to them

they won’t be. i’ve had these thoughts too, but i always have to remind myself that the potential difficulty i am putting my friends/family through now will never amount to the pain and heartbreak they will be experiencing if i’m not here. plz remind yourself that, remind yourself of the goals you have and what you want to experience. do you want to travel? think of the places you’ll be able to go in the future and plan for that. think of the family you maybe want to build, think of the things you want to do.
