Why do I feel weird going outside during the day ? I feel spaced out in a way and then my anxiety acts up and I feel weird until I go in the house ……ugh this is a terrible feeling I can’t enjoy going for walks anymore without feeling scared🥹

Sounds like you may be in the beginning stages of agoraphobia. I had it for 4 years back when I was in my twenties. Are you in therapy, and what kind of anxiety meds are you on?

I went from not driving to pushing myself to drive 8hrs so a lot has happened in the last two weeks that has thrown me off

I think I pushed myself too much to get back to normal and had a set back

Yeah. What I did was cut out all stimulants and got into box breathing, and then meditation. It helped me realize I was safe. Have you talked to your therapist about these new symptoms?

Yeah I’m in therapy and I take lexapro and was giving hydroxzine for emergencies ….. I was indoors for months and just started really going outside , it all started with driving and then progressed to not wanting to go outside
