Yeah. What I did was cut out all stimulants and got into box breathing, and then meditation. It helped me realize I was safe. Have you talked to your therapist about these new symptoms?
Yeah I’m in therapy and I take lexapro and was giving hydroxzine for emergencies ….. I was indoors for months and just started really going outside , it all started with driving and then progressed to not wanting to go outside
