    I second what angi said. Everything goes into Google calendar, if I want to make sure I do something I either make a habit tracker and/or set reminders, I journal a fair bit, and I keep important conversations in a written format as much as possible.

    Everything goes on my phone callender as I'm scheduling appointments. Other than that, I have sticky notes everywhere.
