I have certain apps on my phone for that. For example I have habit tracking apps to help with cleaning, bathing, eating, taking meds etc on time. Even laundry which I do every three days is on the habit tracking app. I also have Google assistant on my android phone so if I have to add any assignments or appointments etc I just say hey google remind me............... I also have a smartwatch which helps so I don't look at my phone all the time. I completely rely on electronics and I have them on me all the time so it helps me

Look into Bullet Journaling. It changed my life. I am on time to shit as a chronically not-on-time-for-shit kind of person. Lol I actually remember people’s birthday’s and get stuff on my mountain of to-do lists done with this tool! And it’s fun tbh
