I repeat a verse from a song or a rhythm or just anything repetitive over and over to get my mind on something besides the panic attack

the 333 technique personally helps me with i guess “normal” panic attacks but for very bad ones its helpful for me to do something more jarring like taking a bite out of a lemon i also always repeat certain mantras? ig like “everything is gonna be ok” “youre gonna be fine” “its not the end of the world and youre ok” but thats just me! hope this was helpful :)

If I can putting my feet flat on the floor really helps me regain awareness. Essential oils on my wrist to help deepen my breathing (I love jasmine) and holding a stuffed animal or just something textural. Again, to bring my awareness back to the now versus stay inside my exploding brain. Hope that helps :)

For me it helps to take control over my breathing. When I get those panic attacks I try to take deep and slow breaths.
Paper bags help when im having a really bad panic attack. Just breathe in and out of the paper bag. This happens to me too.
