So I got laser scar removal done on my self-harm scars. It’s not perfect, I can still see them slightly if I look at the right angle, but it has improved my confidence so much. My scars are really regular and straight so when people notice them they know exactly what they are. I feel like now it doesn’t have to define me my whole life anymore.
