When I have a panic/anxiety attack, I always forget what my coping skills are… and my hands shake so much that if I were to write them down, I wouldn’t be able to take my phone out and look. Does anyone else deal with this, and what can I do?
Are you able to print the list and post it places you will see it regularly? I know thats a bit of a clunky fix...
