Need help with anxiety relief

What do you guys do to relieve anxiety? I'm having an anxiety attack and nothing is helping (breathing and distractions have been tried).

      A book called dare from amazon by Barry really has helped deal with it better. Guided meditation can help focus mind sometimes or just rain sounds Apps like that. Low lighting a blanket and comfort film. Focusing on breathing before.an attack can help but it never does for me during. X

        @sarm I've never heard of that book. Is it like a workbook or regular?

          @Rene1027 not a work book. It teaches you a technique and a different way to respond to anxiety and panic attacks. It helped me a lot.

      I try and distract myself, do or watch something that I enjoy to take my mind off of it, it also helps to talk to someone

        @Darby33 I watched YouTube for hours and also talked to a friend. Plus I used my medicine after 2 hours. I really didn't want to.
