      I try to minimize movement and sit/lay down to try to stay comfortable. I use lots of Blue Emu and take some pain meds and then just wait it out

      I try to brace as much as is convenient so everything stays stablized while giving my muscles a break, and being diligent with self-care to minimize other discomforts
