      I usually go to a place where there aren’t a lot of people and do breathing exercises. If it makes you feel better people rarely ever notice when I have a panic attack. Most of them probably just think I’m bored and day dreaming when I space off

      I usually go to a restroom and will take a paper towel with cold water and put it on my neck and face. My face gets really hot whenever I have mine, so I found that this helps. Also make it as cold as you can and focus on it so you aren't as much to other things around you
