So, I am fat. I am also physically disabled and have other health problems. I desperately want and need to lose weight but no matter how hard I try, I still stay the same weight. I'm on a high dose of pregabalin which has the side effect of weight gain and I feel like I am fighting a losing battle. The pregabalin is the only medication I've been on that allows me to live something akin to a normal life. I just don't want to be fat anymore.
