I was recently diagnosed with GAD, PTSD, and Depression. I have always felt like a burden, incapable of doing normal everyday activities. Even now in my thirties, I still can’t drive or get a job. I’m scared to be alone and don’t go anywhere by myself. Therapy has helped make sense of some things, but I still can’t help but feel alone in this experience. Can anybody else relate?

i can very much so relate. having been diagnosed with all three as well, it is a very lonely feeling. finding people who understand you, and can help support you is a must. for me, my go to person is my mom. hang in there, you can work through this. x
