i feel like because i’ve been in therapy for so long and only an adult for part of it, i’m forcing myself into weird power dynamics with current therapists that don’t need to be there? do i fr have mommy/daddy issues with mental health professional?? i’m getting to the age where it’s not weird to see therapists be the same age as me!! this realization is fuckin up my perspective on my whole relationship to therapy in general :0
