I literally cannot stop eating. The only time I’m not eating I’m sleeping. If I’m awake I’m eating or drinking or something bad for me. I’ve tried so hard to stop. I do well until the evening then just fall off the wagon. I don’t want to be 320 pounds anymore. I don’t want to do this anymore but I start to freak out at the thought of exercise. I’m so tired

I feel this. I’m up to 265 and the doctor just suggested “weight loss surgery”. I am on phentermine, it doesn’t seem to do much. I hate walking and my dad thinks it’s the way to go. He doesn’t understand that I just had a steroid injection in my hip a month after having an ablation in my back. I hate to whine so much, but it’s tough!

I think eating more protein earlier may help

I am doing the same thing. I weigh 200 pounds and don't want to go any higher. I am exercising though

I get this so so much. I'm at 412, peaked recently at 435. I've been all the way from 200 to that peak, always had a struggle with food. It's my comfort and I have some disordered behaviors. Some of what has helped me to at least lower the caloric intake of what I'm chowing down on: I drink the American Clear flavored sparkling waters from Walmart. Alternating between a water and a whole bottle of that helps my water intake and makes me feel like I'm having soda when I'm not. This also helps with sweet cravings. Popcorn has helped my salty craving. I spice it up with french fry seasoning (paprika, garlic, salt, pepper) or even powdered chicken stock for more salt or umami. Popsicles can also help with water and sweet. I haven't found a great solution for chocolate yet. Black bean brownies do at least offer some protein while you get a treat, though, and that may help. Hope any of this helps. You are worthy no matter your size or relationship with food.

I'm not doing so hot at the moment cause I have things like chicken nuggets in my freezer and fried type foods and I'm weak to stuff like that badly. I was like 230 before my daughter and she's going on 4yrs old.

The vast majority of weight loss comes from what we eat. If you cut calories and didn't exercise, you're still going to see a difference in the scale. 💕 Try to find something healthy to snack on throughout the day if you're finding it too hard to go without. Carrot chips are great! And to drink, I really like the Kool aid squeeze in flavor bottles. Zero calories! I've gone from almost 380lbs this spring into the 340s now. 😁

I'm getting a weighted hoop and trying to show some self discipline on food. I'm almost 400lbs

@RainbowMommy18 the hoop is a good idea! My issue with food is that I do awesome all day then evening hits and I just go crazy. I try not to but I literally drool wanting food

@Kitkattt I think it may help to allow urself some foods that u crave in smaller amounts earlier in the day
