Hi, what I did and what helped me a lot was to simply define for myself exactly what I eat and only put those things in the fridge or the cupboard. The rest of the things I would lock and that lock would only open for a few hours that way I had no choice but not to eat things I didn't need, I did that until I slowly got used to the quantities and no longer needed to lock the food. It sounds funny but it's the only way that worked for me.

I'm right there with you! If I don't have access to what I want it's all I can think about, to the point I can't sleep or do other tasks. I've tried a few different medications with no success. I know this probably doesn't help, just know you aren't alone or crazy!

I battle with this every night I get off work and everyday that I am off work. I am in a mixed-weight relationship and my SO can eat heaps of fast food and drink regular sodas and stay thin. I've found the only thing to help me is to hyperfixate on something else.
