    I'm just at the start of Exposure Response Prevention therapy (the best one for ocd apparently) but I've heard that changing life situstions can sometimes help. Like if there's a situation in your life that's making you feel stressed more often and thus more likely to do compulsions--like a particularly difficult college or job--changing your life situations can help. Only thing is you gotta be careful & talk about it with a mentor/therapist/journal so situation-changing doesn't become a compulsion itself. Idk if that made sense but I hope it helps
