Dealing with Isolation: Tips and Tricks

I feel you. I moved 150 miles away from my hometown to somewhere where I don’t know anyone. Finding friends online has always been helpful for me. Calling and gaming with my friends back home kept my spirits up. I actually met my boyfriend doing this. And we’ve been together a year now, and live together ❤️

I feel ya. I'm in a new state in a small town. Having chronic pain and feeling very isolated too. I try to get out when I can go to the local farmers market. I recently joined a group I found online that does hybrid meet ups online/in person. Which has been nice to slowly get out there meeting people at my own pace. I've heard of people also having success with Bumble and Meet-up.com

well you’re not alone on here! maybe try an app like bumble bff to meet new people? It sounds cheesy but I know people who have had success with it! 🤗
