I usually eat things like salads or chips and salsa to help get me going. it may not be fulfilling but it gets my parents off my back. I also drink flavored water, as in great value packets and such. It helps me drink more water.

Like what other people have said having on hand easy snack foods that I don't have to prepare helps especially if it's something I enjoy. I'll list a few if my go to snacks. ill have dark chocolate chips with almonds for a snack, later I'll have precut broccoli and cauliflower with ranch, green apples and cheddar cheese, a bag of boom chicka pop kettle corn. Those tend to be my main snacks. Sometimes I will get motivated and make a big batch of caprese salad and that will be my lunch for 4 days out of the week. I am horrible with drinking water too so now I add lemon slices to my water and make it a game to see how much water I can drink by x time. Hopefully some of the ideas help. I still get in that rut too even with these things in place so don't be too hard on yourself.
I’ve had to start keeping food around me at all times and set timers. Small things you can throw in your mouth that have substantial nutrition like trail mix, mini granola bars, fruit snacks, chips, etc. I wear a fanny pack every day and keep snacks, meds, headphones, chapstick, charger, and whatever else I may need in it.
It helps a lot to keep on hand stuff that doesn’t take much/any effort to prepare! I keep a bunch of protein bars and microwaveable meals on hand always because while they’re not the best for you it’s something to eat! Some of my favs are Amy’s frozen Mac and cheese, Evol frozen burritos, Luna bars, and trail mix:)
I have the same issue where people get mad at me. I set timers to eat, like multiple every time. At 6 am, then 6:15 am, 6:30 am, etc.
I try to keep things around that I don't have to prepare. I always sayearing anything is better than nothing, even if its not "healthy:
Have ready to eat food nearby, like trail mix or something. Its not a meal, but its better than nothing
@MixedBag0fMess thank you, i will try this :)

I ended up eating my whole lunch. I just forced myself to eat it.
I do the same thing, it's okay. I'll be so hungry, but sometimes I just don't feel like cooking and just go without and fall asleep
@Ally95 yeah i get that
