This is common struggle with depression. For instance I have what I like to call emotional anerxoia cuz it's not about body image or weight but when I get really bad I can days without eating and have had Anorexia therapy in the past. I also buy how I think I will feel, instant, quick, easy grab, easy access makes a difference. I keep prepsckages protein shakes in my room... is it healthy no but itsevenvmore unhealthy to have nothing

you described it so well...I could never find a term for how I was feeling and i knew I didn't have an eating disorder but it's just like...my body and brain doesn't wanna cooperate and get the subsistence it needs and then I'm just laying there...withering away. but thank you💜 I will definitely work on meal accessibility. I find that keeping a huge bottle of water besides my bed help too

for me meal accessibility affects me a lot, if I have no appetite i try to buy foods that are insta-make or ready to eat. If I start stress eating a lot I try to buy foods that require preparation so I will not snack mindlessly. Still trying to build my habits too but so far this helps me most. I hope you’ll feel better soon, reach out if you need an ear!
