Staying in Remission: Can Medication Help?

It's rare, but sometimes medication wanes in effect, but not always. I plan to stay on my medication as long as I can. I take Latuda. My old medicine worked on and off according to stress levels. Sometimes it was really quiet, other times it was like the medicine wasn't working. It always alternated between better and worse. I found getting enough sleep and sunlight had a consistent effect on my symptoms when my stress levels went up. My new medicine Latuda is so good I have more wiggle room and can still have silence. I've been staying inside more and sleeping 4 hours a night and have been experiencing mostly silence, I couldn't do that on my old med.
