should I change my medications over time?

I stay on a med plan if it works. Sometimes they stop working after a long while of use. It would be handy to keep track of how each medicine effected you, whether it worked or not or if you took it for a long time or short time. Soemtimes if a medication worked in the past, but lost efficacy you can go on it later.

That all depends on if things are working for you. It took me about a year to find meds that worked for me. But I'm going to keep them until they stop working
