@Marface I can’t go up on my Latuda though because I was experiencing tardive dyskinesia so I had to go down from 60 mg to 20 mg. So I don’t know what to do but I meet with my psychiatrist tomorrow.

My moods tend to cycle faster if something major happened in my life. When I start feeling more out of control, and I know this seems like such an obvious answer, but I make sure that I find someone that I can trust and tell them everything. Sometimes repressing issues can cause cycles to change quickly as well. If it gets too bad, just like how you told me, in-patient would be the way to go. We’ll be in-patient buddies! :)

@sockmxm me too! I’ve really been considering going in patient!
Are you medicated? It might be a meds issue
@miia have you talked to your psychiatrist about an antidepressant? I'm on Latuda 80mg and Wellbutrin 300mg and together they keep me from cycling too much or being too manic and help a lot with managing my depression. It's worked well for me so far so it might be worth asking about.
@Marface I am medicated. I started lexapro in January for anxiety and it works so well I don’t have any anxiety anymore. But now I’m depressed more often. I was already on Latuda beforehand and am still on it as well.
