I honestly struggle to stay on my meds for extended periods of time. I feel like I'll be good and take them almost everyday for a few months and then I'll just kinda get over it and stop taking them for a few weeks to a month, which always results in some rather disruptive symptoms. Does anyone else struggle with this and how are people keeping on top of their meds?
