This is when I am manic. If I am around someone and feel these mixed emotions, I have to walk away. Breathing exercises work, count to 10 help.

Frequently… hitting punching bag, workout if I can, smash stuff or rip up old magazines, throw ice. Get the aggression out without the consequences of putting it on myself or others. Best of luck it can be really overwhelming.
I get those. I just try to stay away and keep my mouth shut honestly. Maybe go do whatever kind of exercise you can do, even if it's just a walk around the block
Ugh yes, I usually put in my headphones and put on an audiobook and try to draw or something to drown everything out. Music helps too.
I get that way alot. I sometimes just have to walk away

I've had a few days like the recently. It seems like no matter what happens, I get really angry about it. I've noticed what I have to do in these situations is deep breathing (I know, it sounds cliche, but it really works for me). I do the 5-5-5 breathing technique and it usually works really well for me. Hope this helps!
