      Sometimes for me joyrnaling about something until my hand is too tired or all mt feelings ate our helos ne Also i do alot if reframing. " it sucks now to have this flashback, hiwever i look forward to the day when this memory will fade, or this wound is healed" I also foubd that the cause of mych of my ptsd came from a failure to self protect and enabling behaviors due to childhood dayfunction. Raised by narcs who ignored my emotional needs.. Sometines going back and ynderstandi g what the root cause is helps to heal it

      If you ever need someone I'm here for you I'm still going through grief and it sucks. I have triggers that remind me of him, I start crying if I see and or hear them.

      I'm sorry for your loss I lost my dad suddenly last August and I have days that I cry for hours then others where I'm mad at him and days where I'm just numb. But I just having one of his shirts on my pillow and hugging it helps so does keeping a journal where I Wright letters to him about my day.
