Dealing with Emotional Abuse-Induced PTSD

I was mentally physically abused for a year 😪 he sais he would change but never did i got out of that relationship i also suffer nightmares from him i put a cross above my head and a dream cather on my other side ot helps but mainly you look at your self in the mirror and tell ypur self your better than that

sometimes it's hard to separate yourself from situations where triggers are common, especially if you're still in an unsafe situation. if you can, rely on trusted ones and pour your soul into a hobby, like art or crocheting. wishing you the best
