I feel very sick and dizzy and every time I try to lay down and close my eyes i feel like my heart stops and I honestly dont know what to do any advice please?

I completely understand this feeling! What helps me when I feel like this is to sit outside for a little bit. The wind helps ground me, and all the sounds around me also helps bc I can distract myself from the anxiety.
