just had a panic attack and now i feel really dizzy like i can’t concentrate on anything and too much noise is overwhelming

      i would step outside and breathe in the air. if the air is cooler it may help especially. talk to someone. make a phone call or facetime someone and just ask them how their day was to get the conversation going and the subject out of mind

      If you are still in immediate attention, I would try to seperate yourself from the over stimulation asap. This could be stepping out of the room, outside, or into the bathroom. The best grounding method I have found is the rainbow method. You look around to see, touch, or feel every color of the rainbow. You start at red then move down to purple, and slowly it eases the panic into something tolerable

      Do you meditate? I noticed after my panic attacks and I meditate it kind of helps me or a really hot bath
