I totally relate to this today. I had to spray a wasp nest. I'm over there crying watching the wasps trying to get back in their hole, thinking about how scary it would be to be trapped like that and die being so close to your family but not able to get thru the poison to be with them. I can’t go back and look at the nest yet, too sad and anxiety-provoking.
i guess so! I've always been sensitive and hyper vigilant. I had a pretty tumultuous and isolating childhood and young adult years. Just conditioned to be aware of others' emotions and needs
