It's ok to slip up. But first thing that comes to mind. You want to stop...
Really think about it over and over again.
Tell your brain that you are in control. That you do not need it. Tell yourself that you are in control and your not going to listen...
The substances are controlling you and it will be a fight every single day but remind yourself that you can do it...
You are beautiful and you are strong.
Also you need to stop going around certain. People and places... get them blocked and deleted out of your phone.
One step @ a time.
Also you can always get medicine from got doctor... they are there to help. Don't be ashamed ever. They have heard it all. I was on about everything including meth.
You need to love yourself and remind yourself every day. Several times a day. Come here to talk to positive people or someone who is clean in your life that you trust.
We will walk beside you ever single day of your journey. Just remember if you slip up just don't beat yourself up too bad or it probably will make it worse.
Just recognize why and how to stop it in the future.
My saying...
Are you going to let the drugs keep control or are you in control...
You are strong, you are brave, you are beautiful...
I got a bracelet that reminds me every time I need. "You were given this life because you are strong enough to live it."
Drinking was my hardest vice to rid of. I'd say in the same fashion. You just got to stay away from them and remind them that you need to stop and why.
Coming from someone with alcoholism, who is about to hit 12 years sober... You did the absolute right first step so congrats!!! Admitting that you have a problem is the first step!!! Feel free to message me, and I'll help you virtually in anyway that that I can.
