First Time Self-Harming: Crisis Team Useless

cut myself for first time. i never could understand what and how people do it. now i know that answer. crisis team numbers are so useless. they liturally dont help in any way. it takes ages to tell them whats going on and then they reply with such obvious answers. things i get told all the time. you would think that when somebody rings because they are at crisis point they would send you somewhere to be seen or send somebody to you. its like people have been picked from the street to take our calls. theyve not a clue and have never helped. scary when u know ur alone and not even crisis team can help. u dont know where to turn. worst feeling in the world. id rather have broken bones all over my body than this
