What do you do when you need to talk to someone but you don't know where to start or who to reach for? I want human connection but I don't really want to start a new relationship right now, you know? I can't get myself to talk it out with my spouse. They saw it all and are being effected by some of the same. I don't want to bother my family, and I haven't talked to my friends in months, I can't call them up on a blue moon with just #troubles. I called a crisis line a few weeks ago, but I had to start from A and end at Z on top of feeling like they had to stick to their job approved script. It was okay, but not as cathartic as I needed..
