research intellectualization and see if that’s right for you. it really helped me over quarantine.
So what is helping me is getting outside and getting vit D. I also take vitd3 and k2. Putting my bare feet in the grass. Planting things in buckets outside. Taking Epson salt bathes daily. Choosing to be social and not isolate. I went off Ativan cold turkey along with pain meds. Activated charcoal helped me to get through withdrawls.
i love going outside too and planting flowers and getting some sun.
So healing .💕
