Coping without medication: What are your strategies?

physical therapy exercises, vitamin supplements, engaging with my dog and other enjoyable activities

I like to do yoga and meditation. It gets me into a good headspace.

I smoke cannabis, read, sing, fold and sell origami and go to weekly individual counseling and a weekly bipolar group. I also help out my family and that gives me a sense of purpose and a reason to get out of the house.
