      He has! I’m managing that fine but the problem is balancing out the kidney function, which is stable.

      did your doctor put you on calcium and vitamin D3/or calcitrol. There's also parathyroid hormone replacement. Sorry, I haven't been on this app much.

      Hypothyroidism can be a side effect of kidney failure. Low GFR number tells you what stage of renal failure you may be experiencing. Hopefully your doctor has sent you to a kidney doctor for a work up.

        @ICC4SCI all renal functions cane back normal except for creatine. Ultrasound was clear, tiny bit of echo bit nothing crazy. Kidney size are 10cm and 9cm, a bit undersized but I'm not a big guy, 5’8 and 170

          @Kelemi My hypoparathyroidism is confirmed via CT of Basel Ganglia calcification and <1 PTH labs for a span of 30 years.
