I've had chronic pain in my hip for about two and a half years. It was improving last year after I got surgery, but now it's going downhill again and we don't know exactly why, even after getting yet another MRI. Anyway, it's just really been impacting my mental health and increasing my depressive symptoms. Have any of you experienced this? if so, how did you get through it?

I'm in a very similar situation with my hip! For me it's about making my bed a place of productivity, usually in a fun way. I got an adjustable lap desk to set my laptop on and I also love to crochet, that way I can do stuff in bed and keep myself a little bit more distracted, but it's not as mind numbing as scrolling through social media!
