I’ve had an okay couple of months and now I’m back to feeling horrible. The intense pain in my left leg & hip drives me mad. I don’t know why one minute I’m okay with my diagnosis but then I still second guess and question rather or not it’s correct.
I wish I knew how to keep those feeling good moments. I don’t get many of them. And I have a hard time with pain management. I haven’t found much that works to relieve the pain. Sleep helps to escape the pain yet the pain keeps me from sleeping 💤.
I wish I could sleep. I think I have some kind of insomnia or something. My doctors told me to use melatonin but that doesn’t work. I can take 40mg and then fall asleep and wake up in 20 minutes smh it’s horrible
