Dealing with BPD Rage When Away from FP

I do and the way I fixed this was to force myself to look at it from their perspective. How would i feel if someone was so upset when I wasnt around, how would i feel if someones happiness depends on me. While i have my ups and downs, trying to interact with another person who isnt my FP or do something just for me help
