i would say depends on the situation. you will be malnourished no matter how much you eat most likely. but really depends on the nutritional value of said food and your activity level. however, if you struggle in general to eat in any way, then heck no. just keep eating and wait for those small moments of food curiosity and go for them! one day, things will change, and if not, go to the doctor and see if there is a medicine addition, sub, or deletion that may help if that is something that affects you.

There are times when it is absolutely ok to eat the same thing day after day. My dietitian told me in the beginning of recovery that anything is better than nothing, even if I repeat meals.
