I haven't gotten a good night's sleep in almost over a week. I'm so tired and nap only to have sleep paralysis and I keep getting woken up at 4-6 in the morning by my mom getting ready for work. she tries to be discrete but I can hear everything and then it triggers sleep paralysis. if not that, I'm screaming and kicking bc of rem sleep behavior disorder. I have meds for narcolepsy/hypersomnia thats a result of my poor rest but why would I want to take it if I feel like shit and want to sleep all day? depression certainly does not help lol!
