So I just got out of a psychosis episode because of barely sleeping for like 2 weeks. And I just dk how to get through that. every single time I have an episode from psychosis it's because I'm not sleeping.

@Jillian01 I wasn't sleeping because of a asthma med now I am and I'm scared that I'll need shots instead of the pills I'm on because I'm not reflecting on the pills well I'm super paranoid.

I have to take sleeping aids sometimes. I usually have to do a lot during the day to even get to the point to where I'm tired
