anxious about what I was prescribed. I think the generic of alpapro..how ever it's spelled. Probably chose wrong pharmacy cuz I still haven't heard from them And no one answered the phone. If you have issues swallowing the pill how to take in pudding or anything? I'm scared I'll throw up or still not get it down (that's If I ever fill the script) What do I look for to know it's working? I've had anxiety so long...

@Musicfan23 if you are worried about side effects yes before bed is usually the best time to take it. It will be in your system the next day.

I've found I can take like six supplements at once, with a mouth full of food. Once your done chewing, just bung the tablets in your mouth and kinda mix them into the chewed food, with your tongue or what not. You don't even know they're there šŸ‘

I had trouble swallowing pills for many years. Ask your doctor if your medication is ok to crush into a powder or open if its a capsule, in that case you can sprinkle it into pretty much any food you want to eat. But always ask, because some meds work too fast if you do that. As for knowing if its working, you'll feel better if it is and these things wont bother you as much, that just might take a couple weeks so you have to be patient.

@Motley She did say okay but I still need to try crushing it.. hopefully I don't get sick from it. Only have pudding to use right now.
