Crushing anxiety pills - timing and ideas?
Last night I finally took my anxiety medicine. Was told okay to crush as I can't swallow pills. Still confused on timing..I took around 8:30 pm. So is it still in my system today? I should stick to the same schedule? Also looking for ideas what you take crushed pill in? And don't feel like you're going to get sick... Right now I'm using chocolate pudding.

I take mirtazipine, yoghurts, puddings, anything along those lines work really well, however I take a lot of medication now so crushing isn't an option. I've learned over time, I find using a straw with my drink a taking a big gulp covers the fact there is a pill in your mouth,
