I also struggle with mine. I hate taking them every day. There’s too many, I hate swallowing them, I just hate it. Cactuscat had some good advice. I definitely recommend a pill box. That was a big help for me. Set an alarm and take them at the same time every day so you are mentally prepared and know when the time is coming. And trying and stay calm and prepare yourself for it. Take some deep breaths first. Have a small snack ready (unless your meds say to take on an empty stomach).

I know, for me at least, I’ve noticed a huge difference if I’m taking my meds and I miss a day. I feel miserable, depressed, and lonely. Taking them helps with those feelings.

I struggle with taking mine sometimes.... Either because i'm not sure they're working, swallowing them is difficult (like, anxiety inducing...feel like i'll choke or puke), or i just forget. I put them in a pill case and make sure to take them first thing in the morning. Eventually it got easier to remember. Sometimes i have to just force myself to do it without thinking, and other times i need to ease into it and try to calm myself down first... it's not always easy to know which to do, but i try to just compassionately listen to my body and remind myself that the meds do help.... There's a few i stopped taking for a time and it was extremely bad. I couldn't function and it led to severe depression. Going back on my meds made me realize how amazing they actually are, even though they aren't perfect.

      Why aren't you taking them?
