yall ive been taking medication my whole life but i still struggle with swallowing pills lol any tips?

      Try not to overthink that you're swallowing it and don't tilt your head all the way back, if anything tilt a bit forward with your chin down

      Oh yeah, people look at me funny because I get a bunch of water in my mouth and then slip the pill in. I’ve never been able to do it the ‘normal’ way.

      Highly recommend taking a sip of water first, then the pill, then a tiny bit more water, then swallow. Keeps it from sticking to your tongue and you can barely feel it going down!

      if the medication can be crushed then try getting a pill crusher and taking it with a bite of food!

      unless it’s due to just an aversion to taking them, i just put a whoooole lot of water in my mouth and then drop a pill in at a time. barely noticeable at that point
