When I take Adderall, I feel the effects the next day as well, and then the next day it’s like my body crashes. It lasts for two days. I’m mentally and physically exhausted, and my appetite crashes too. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had a similar experience so my psychiatrist suggested I lower my dosage because my goal was to only have focus for four hours at a time. Now I take a small dosage and it’s bound by it’s four hour time limit

When I was prescribed it my psychiatrist told me to take it everyday regardless of if I’m doing tasks or not so my body doesn’t have to go through the up and down of adjusting to it
When I have run out of Adderall, I am basically useless. I may want to do things, but I have no energy or strength to do little things like get up to get water. I take it everyday now. However, my ADHD is pretty bad (at least that's what my psychiatrist said), so it helps me concentrate when driving and stuff
I avoid Adderall for this reason. a milder-drug or alternative coping strategies are preferred
Yes! I try to take it every day now, even if I won't be doing something that requires brainpower haha
