Dealing with Adderall Withdrawal Symptoms

Does anyone else have a feeling of withdrawal in the evening/daytime after taking Adderall, like a complete mood swing downwards, irritability, and tiredness? What do you do with those?

The crash isn't as bad for me if I force myself to eat and drink on the Adderall, even if I'm not feeling hunger or thirst.
