When having a migrane sometimes sleep is the only solution, I'll have it as dark as I can, no noise and an ice pack on the back of my neck. You could try a cold compress over the eyes too. For everyday sleep try the 3, 2, 1 rule: no food 3 hrs before, no electronics 2 hrs before and start winding down 1hr before bed. Hope this helps!
