Regular exercise is essential for me. I practice low-impact sports like yoga, pilates, cycling, and swimming. I feel it strengthens my body, and overall it improves my condition.

Go to a good chiropractor when you get a flare up or when things get more out of place than normal. Get really good at being in touch with how your body feels. Carry pain killers with you. Excersize when you can. Try and be careful with ergonomics, how you are sitting standing etc. EDS is weird, it takes a lot of little things to really keep it under control. (At least for me)

Concentrating on gaining muscle, learning your body’s limits, having braces on hand for any problematic joints, embrace mobility aids early on!
